I really agreed with everything in Chapter 4. I think some sort of research is important, if not vital, to the success of many projects. Sometimes I think that we get too caught up in our own opinions and ideas that we completely disregard the wants and needs of the client. We get tangled in our personal creative endeavors and forget all about the projectaBy doing so, our success is measured by our own judgements rather than by the overall objective success.

Yeah, very true! I think some designers will cut corners because research take time... and time is money. But in the long run it's better to spend the time researching.
