While reading the first part of this chapter, I started to wonder if what we are doing can be considered a service, and if so, what are the characteristics of our project? The Google Map of Ball State is intangible, we are providing a service, we are flexible, and active. But do we have fluctuating demand or provider ownership? I suppose our users could print out a still photo of ouw project to help them identify their surroundings on campus, but Im not sure how much of a demand there is going to be.
